Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with your colleagues, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
