Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service. As part of the store team, you will be responsible for cashiering, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company policies.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
