Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team, you will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and accuracy.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment effectively.
