Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your goal will be to enhance the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, manage inventory, and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
