Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaboration with team members and providing outstanding customer service are key aspects of this role.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
