Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our rapidly growing team at Aldi. As our company expands, we need dedicated individuals to tackle supply chain challenges effectively. In this role, you will manage and administer Supply Chain programs to secure products economically, aligning with our goals of maximizing sales and controlling expenses. Your contribution will drive the advancement of various Supply Chain initiatives in line with company guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships.
• Support the implementation of team strategies under the guidance of the direct leader.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze data to drive cost reduction and service level improvements.
• Create reports and dashboards, automate processes for streamlined dissemination of information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical solutions to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to consistently practice ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and at least one programming language (e.g., VBA, R, SQL, or Python).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis concepts is advantageous.
