Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join Store 3087 at Jack in the Box. In this role, you will be responsible for training and leading the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your duties will include maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 6 months of JIB experience and be 100% certified in all workstations, or possess 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
