Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join Store 7102 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. This includes maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of consecutive JIB experience and full certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service.
  • Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and in some states, be ServSafe certified.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency depending on restaurant location. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, organizational, and computer skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, listen to orders, operate a cash register, and read monitors.
