Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to take on the role of operational supervisor at Store 7139 within Jack in the Box. As the primary leader, you will be responsible for training and guiding team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences through high-quality food, adherence to standards, and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of Jack in the Box experience and full certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Must be at least 18 years old with completed Team Leader training classes.
- Effective communication skills in English, additional language skills may be required based on location.
- Ability to handle various responsibilities, demonstrate analytical skills, and possess good organization and planning abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to be active throughout the shift, lift moderate weights, operate a cash register, and maintain guest interactions.
