Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Jack in the Box at Store 7171. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and complying with JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and possess good communication skills. Ability to work well with diverse groups, basic math proficiency, and integrity are essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, lift moderate weight, operate a cash register, and listen to guest orders.
