Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will play a crucial role in training and leading team members to provide exceptional guest experiences, maintain food quality, meet guest expectations, and uphold JIB procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
- Train and lead team members to ensure the delivery of a top-notch guest experience.
- Ensure quality food production and compliance with all JIB procedures.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of all workstations and complete Team Leader training classes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year supervisory experience in customer service.
- Effective communication skills in English and potentially another language based on restaurant location.
- Good mathematical, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry items, and operate restaurant equipment.
