Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,615 per week

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Travel Nurse RN specializing in Med Surg to join our team at Tact Staff. This travel nursing opportunity in Brownsville, Texas offers a rewarding experience for a duration of 13 weeks with a weekly salary of $1,615. As part of our dynamic team, you will care for patients in a unit with 32 beds and work alongside a staff of 40 professionals including CN’s, RN’s, LVN’s, Nurse Aides, and Unit secretaries. The patient ratio is 6-7 patients per nurse, and the unit is equipped with PCA pumps and IV pumps. Candidates must have Med-Surg experience and a minimum of 2 years recent hospital experience, with surgical experience and bilingual skills being preferred. The unit has been recognized for its exceptional performance, being over 500 days free of any CAUTIs, CLABSI’s, or Pressure ulcers.
