We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of VP, Late Development Team Lead in the Oncology department at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Late Development Teams in defining and executing product strategy.
• Establish a vision and strategy aligned with Jazz's mission and approach.
• Develop Integrated Product Development Plans and oversee regulatory filings.
• Provide strategic guidance to functional matrix teams and ensure team accountability and effectiveness.
• Align the organization to execute on approved product strategies and manage project budget and timelines.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of global drug development experience in pharma/biotech industry.
• Proven leadership in late-stage drug development with a focus on oncology.
• Experience in managing collaborations and alliances.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
