Job Description
Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc is seeking an Agronomy Applicator & Truck Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products, as well as the maintenance of custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can deliver professional and high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, enjoy working outdoors, and operating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals according to recommendations and label directions.
- Ensure safe operations in compliance with environmental regulations and company guidelines.
- Maintain the facility, equipment, and vehicles in good working order and appearance.
- Complete necessary logs, reports, and records related to the application process.
- Keep inventory levels updated for smooth application and delivery schedules.
- Promote business with customers and ensure timely product deliveries.
- Operate equipment safely and adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
- Assist and train seasonal employees as required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
