Job Description

Aldi is looking for a part-time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures.
