Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level associates. Our warehouse operations are crucial in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for customer enjoyment. As part of our team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and support to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
