Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our warehouse team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employee. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the quality products they expect.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and support warehouse goals.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

- Must be 18 years or older.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Perform duties in varying temperatures and physical demands.
