Building Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join Arbors Management Inc. in Delmont, PA. This hands-on role requires expertise in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and custodial duties. This position is full-time with 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime and on-call hours for emergency repairs. Remuneration is commensurate with experience. Main Responsibilities

• Perform daily building cleaning tasks such as window cleaning, mopping, and trash removal.
• Complete unit turnovers within 5-7 days on average.
• Ensure regular work orders are completed within 3 days if non-emergent, and immediate attention to urgent work orders.
• Maintain open communication with the Property Manager and residents.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Experience in interior and exterior painting, drywall hanging, and repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screenings.
