Job Description

Sevita is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregiver Direct Support Professionals (DSP) at REM Community Services. In this role, you will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living fulfilling lives. As a Caregiver, you will support participants in various daily activities, including personal hygiene, budgeting, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with individuals in your care.
• Assist participants in achieving their developmental goals.
• Provide support to individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants engage in community activities and enjoy life to the fullest.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance in some positions.
• Skills in caregiving, direct support, and human services.
