Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive route paperwork and instructions
- Conduct pre and post trip inspections following DOT regulations
- Verify load destination, securement, and weight
- Follow route plan and meet delivery requirements
- Complete store clean outs and return items to distribution center
- Ensure cargo is secured, complete necessary paperwork, and report hours of service
- Report for work on time and in a well-rested condition
