Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive route paperwork and instructions
- Conduct pre and post-trip inspections according to regulation
- Verify load and securement
- Follow route plan and meet delivery/pickup requirements
- Complete store cleanouts as per contract
- Ensure cargo security throughout the delivery route
- Accurately report hours of service using ELD
- Report to work for assigned routes in a well-rested condition
- Document and report equipment concerns
