Job Description
The CDL Driver is responsible for performing pre and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring safe loading/unloading, and operating equipment efficiently. Additionally, the Delivery Driver reviews paperwork accuracy, checks order quantities, delivers products, and unloads utilizing various equipment. Operating the vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations, maintaining timely deliveries, and communicating professionally with customers and vendors are essential aspects of this role.

Responsibilities
- Receive route paperwork, truck, and trailer assignments
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections according to DOT regulations
- Verify, secure, and distribute loads appropriately
- Follow route plans and delivery requirements
- Manage cargo security and required paperwork
- Report hours of service accurately using an ELD
- Address and report any equipment concerns
