Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Charge Nurse to join our team at Denver Health's Webb Adult Clinic. As the ACS Charge RN, you will play a pivotal role in supervising clinical personnel and the care team while providing exceptional patient care and education to a diverse population. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations and provide guidance to clinical staff.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and ensure quality patient-centric care.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of professional nursing experience.
• Active RN license and BLS certification.
• Proficiency in EHR and basic Office Suite skills.
