Job Description

We are hiring a Data Center Operations Technician I to join Flexential, a leading provider of data center solutions. This role involves providing physical and Level II technical support to customers, maintaining infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a professional data center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve Facility and customer issues promptly.
• Follow data center policies and procedures.
• Provide support for 24/7 operations.
• Assist with installations and physical maintenance tasks.
• Maintain data center cleanliness and security.

Required Qualifications

• Customer-focused with Windows and Microsoft OS knowledge.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Previous IT support experience preferred.
• Certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA, MCP, or MCSA are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Physical Requirements: climbing ladders, working in cold environments.
• Ability to handle heavy objects and perform cable installations.
