Dimensional Management Engineers (Associate, Experience, Senior)

Job Description

Boeing Defense, Space, and Security is looking for motivated and talented Dimensional Management Engineers (Associate, Experienced, or Senior) to join our Engineering Teams in Hazelwood, MO. As part of our dedicated organization, you will be involved in dimensional management engineering processes, variation analysis, and tool development to contribute to aerospace innovations.

Position Responsibilities

• Identify and decompose dimensional requirements.
• Perform variation analysis linking product measurement.
• Coordinate dimensional requirements across teams.
• Recommend changes to meet dimensional objectives.
• Write documentation related to dimensional management.
• Act as project consultant for dimensional management engineering.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years' experience in variation analysis and tool usage.
• Experience with NX/Teamcenter or CATIA/ENOVIA and GD&T.
• Reside in or willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active U.S. Security Clearance.
• 2+ years' experience in manufacturing environments.
• Training in GD&T application and interpretation.
• Experience with 3D variation analysis software.

Education/Experience Levels

Associate, Level 2: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience. Experienced, Level 3: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience. Senior, Level 4: Bachelor's degree and 9+ years' experience.

Relocation: Based on eligibility.

Drug Free Workplace: Testing is required.
