We are looking for a dedicated Galley/Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at City Cruises DC, part of Hornblower - City Experiences. As a key member of our back-of-the-house team, you will work alongside the sous chef to ensure top-quality service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Responsibilities

  • Manage galley kitchen operations during cruises, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and restaurant management for smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to health department sanitation codes and company standards.
  • Participate in training and scheduling of kitchen staff.
  • Resolve guest service issues in line with company objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Previous kitchen staff management experience preferred.
  • ServSafe Certified.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
