We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our team at TIPS Inc dba Domino's Office. As the highest level of management in a single store, the General Manager plays a crucial role in mentoring and advising the management team and staff, ensuring the successful execution of the store's operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting high standards, inspiring teamwork, and fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and assess the store's performance, identifying areas for improvement and strategic development.

Requirements

• Prior experience in general management or similar leadership roles.

• Knowledge of food and labor cost control to ensure financial performance targets are met.
