This role involves leading teams in system requirements development, architecture, and design to support USAF Fighters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and mentor engineers while contributing to proposal development and systems engineering activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead system level requirements, architecture, and design
- Develop proposals and coordinate between engineering disciplines
- Mentor engineers and support systems engineering processes
- Adhere to agile principles and processes and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in product development lifecycle and leading engineering teams
