Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join Vulcan Global Manufacturing Solutions Inc. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and support the achievement of business goals.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance of production equipment.
• Conduct simple machinist duties and utilize mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills for troubleshooting and repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Utilize a variety of tools to detect faulty operations, defective materials, and report issues to supervision.
• Adhere to environmental and safety regulations.
• Maintain documentation and records of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong skills in hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and data entry.

Physical Demands
