Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00/hour, plus bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, on call rotation (30 hours)

Roundhouse Communities LLC, a leading real estate developer and manager, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing properties, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pool, and spa.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and materials used.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate with contractors when necessary.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and emergency response.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring physical stamina.
• Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
