Maintenance Technician II

Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join the team at CRMG. This role involves maintaining the brand new, Class A community of Woodburn Place Apartment Homes and Woodburn West Apartments. Responsibilities include daily upkeep of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lots, and trash areas, as well as performing essential maintenance tasks such as repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage work orders using technology.

Woodburn Place Apartment Homes & Woodburn West Apartments (Woodburn, OR)

Salary

$23-$26/hr. Additional $50.00 cell phone stipend per month.

Schedule

Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm (40 hrs per week).

Requirements

• 1 year experience as Maintenance Technician I or 2 years in a similar role
• Janitorial experience preferred
• Experience in landscaping, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
• Pool maintenance experience required
• Ability to operate equipment, lift up to 75 pounds, and handle chemicals safely
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws
