Mid-Level Systems Engineer (Air Dominance SEIT)

Job Description

BOEING is looking for a talented Mid-Level Systems Engineer to join the Government Training Engineering (GTE) and SEIT team in Berkeley, MO. This role involves planning, designing, and verifying systems solutions, ensuring their compatibility and performance. The position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance and onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and verify system solutions
• Evaluate customer needs and define system performance requirements
• Optimize total system of systems architecture
• Implement and monitor requirements management processes
• Resolve technical issues across functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• 3+ years of SEIT product development experience
• Experience with engineering development processes
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with aircrew training systems
• Ability to develop scripts and network architectures
• Experience with military aircraft trainers and Agile methodologies
