Job Description

Join the Boeing team as a Mid-Level Systems Engineer at Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Training Engineering (GTE) in Hazelwood, MO. In this role, you will work on the development of aircrew training systems for Air Dominance platforms such as F-15, F-18, T-7A, MQ-25, and T-45.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements.
  • Assist in the development of system architecture.
  • Document design elements and interface control documents.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements and design elements.
  • Coordinate efforts between engineering disciplines and support agile practices.
  • Participate in peer reviews of requirements, architecture, and designs.
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
  • 3+ years' experience in engineering.
  • Experience with modeling tools, agile tools, and aircraft training systems is a plus.

Education & Experience

Educational background in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry with 5+ years of related work experience. ABET accreditation is preferred.
