Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Training Engineering (GTE) is seeking a talented Mid-Level Systems Engineer for its Air Dominance team in Hazelwood, MO. In this role, you will contribute to the development of aircrew training systems for leading Air Dominance platforms like F-15, F-18, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer/operational needs and define system performance requirements.
  • Assist in developing the system architecture and document design elements.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements and design elements.
  • Coordinate efforts and interfaces across engineering disciplines.
  • Apply agile principles and participate in process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
  • 3+ years of engineering experience; familiarity with CAMEO, Doors, and agile tools preferred.
  • Experience in aircraft training systems is a plus.
