Ophthalmic Specialists of Michigan (OSM) is seeking a dedicated Ophthalmic Technician to join our team. As an Ophthalmic Technician, you will work closely with our physicians to conduct a variety of diagnostic tests essential for accurate medical assessments. This position provides an excellent training program for individuals looking to develop their skills in ophthalmic patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic, advanced, and complex manual and automated medical tests under physician supervision.
• Conduct patient work-ups, refractions, and ancillary tests like OCT, Visual Field, and IOL measurement.
• Utilize excellent computer skills to document procedures and effectively communicate with patients and medical staff.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in ophthalmic patient care.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic tests and communicating test results.
