Payloads Seats Integration Engineer (Entry-Level or Associate)

Job Description

Boeing's Seat Integration Team (737/747/777/787) within the Payloads Organization is seeking Entry-Level and Associate Engineers to join the team in Everett, WA or Renton, WA. Seat Engineers are responsible for managing the integration of passenger seat programs into Boeing aircraft, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. This role involves extensive coordination with various stakeholders, technical review, and preparing engineering releases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document seat system requirements.
• Oversee analyses and tests to validate systems meet requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of FAA regulations, aerospace interiors, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education/Experience

• Entry-Level: Bachelor's in engineering.
• Associate: Master's in engineering or 2+ years of related experience.
