Join the Seat Integration Team (SIT) at Boeing Commercial Aircraft to work on integrating passenger seats into our Boeing aircraft. As a Payloads Seats Integration Engineer, you will collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, oversee supplier designs, and ensure all requirements are met, guaranteeing a safe and comfortable journey for passengers worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the integration of multiple passenger seat programs
• Communicate with stakeholders and lead technical teams
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and Boeing requirements
• Provide on-site support and conduct domestic and international travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5+ years of engineering experience in design, integration, and certification
• Experience leading cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FAA Title 14 Part 25 and EASA regulations
• Experience in aerospace interiors and project management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Education & Experience

• Experienced (Level 3): Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience or Master's/PhD with equivalent experience
• Senior (Level 4): Bachelor's degree with 9+ years' experience or Master's/PhD with relevant experience
