Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Business Manager to work closely with the Walmart Team Lead at Shearer's. In this role, you will support various operational activities related to Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, and Shelving, ensuring smooth execution and business success.

Responsibilities

• Manage Merchandising activities, including supporting Category Merchant Directors.
• Oversee Assortment activities, analyzing Mod Assortment recommendations and regional assortment opportunities.
• Handle Pricing activities, updating pricing in systems and managing PO Discrepancy forms.
• Coordinate Shelving activities, conducting Mod Reviews and analysis for optimal performance.
• Support eCommerce, International, and Sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in creating Sales Presentations and fulfilling various administrative duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of replenishment and/or sales analytics experience.
• Retail Link experience/certification, Shearer’s core values alignment, and proficiency in Walmart systems and Windows Office.
• Experience with Syndicated data systems and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage complexity, prioritize tasks, and work with a strong sense of urgency.
