Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team at TruCut Incorporated. As the leading supplier of out-of-production and low-volume service parts for the HVAC industry, we are focused on providing top-quality products to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of excellence. Additionally, collaborating with the quality team, monitoring data, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining testing systems will be key responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement quality control processes.
- Collaborate with the quality team to monitor data and identify areas for improvement.
- Read blueprints and possess knowledge of MSA/Calibration and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditing.
- Utilize MS Office products, ERP software, and CAD software effectively.
- Occasional travel to customer facilities may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years in a quality engineering role; manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of getting work done efficiently and on time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with teammates.
- Positive attitude and commitment to achieving results.
