Position Summary: The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing service staff and maintaining the luxurious appearance of the community. They ensure that all maintenance activities uphold a safe living environment for residents. The role involves preparing for resident move-ins and move-outs and handling general household repairs to enhance safety levels.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a team of qualified and trained teammates.
- Assist Property Director in hiring, inspecting, counseling, and promoting staff levels.
- Maintain a safe working environment and educate teammates on safe procedures.
- Inspect common areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and meeting organizational standards.
- Respond to service requests promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and handle emergencies on an on-call basis.
- Prepare apartments for move-ins after vacancies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage budgets for maintenance equipment and supplies and authorize overtime when needed.
- Make recommendations for property performance improvements based on business needs.
- Additional tasks as assigned.

- Maintain community quality and provide excellent customer service within budget.
- Attend required maintenance trainings.
- Demonstrate exceptional safety skills and motivation.
- Possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a team setting, and communicate effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with apartment maintenance and tools operation.
- Flexibility in work schedules and availability for on-call duties.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree, previous maintenance supervisory experience, and relevant industry certifications.
