SOCIAL WORKER

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing clinical social work services to patients and their families, addressing a wide range of psychosocial issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling to patients and families.
• Address issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Advocate for patients' needs and rights within the healthcare system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C preferred.
• LGSW certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
