Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health. As a valued member of our team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing a variety of common issues. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing challenges related to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging, and end-of-life care.
  • Assist with discharge planning and facilitate coping strategies for patients and families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
  • LCSW-C certification preferred.
  • LGSW certification required.
