Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to patients/residents and families.
- Address common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
- Assist with discharge planning and provide counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred; LGSW required.
