Job Description

LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide crucial clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a variety of common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and end-of-life counseling.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
• Address common psychosocial issues related to medical diagnoses and treatments.
• Provide discharge planning support and counseling for patients and families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C certification preferred.
• LGSW certification.
