Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health, one of the largest healthcare providers in Maryland. As a Social Worker at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various challenges they may face. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to patients/residents and families.
• Address common social and emotional challenges faced by patients.
• Assist with discharge planning and counseling related to end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW). Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C certification preferred.
• LGSW certification.
