Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time member of the Allied Health department, you will provide clinical social work services, psychosocial assessments, and counseling to patients and their families facing a variety of challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling on various issues.
- Assist patients in adjusting to institutional living and coping with medical conditions.
- Participate in discharge planning and offer support during difficult times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW), Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
