Responsibilities
- Lead software development activities for real-time embedded systems in various programs.
- Translate complex software requirements into system architecture and design.
- Stay current on new software development technologies and best practices.
- Develop software safety and airworthiness approaches for critical programs.
- Lead technical aspects of proposals and task orders.
Requirements
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Computer Engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada system development.
- Experience with complex software integration on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Experience in embedded software design, development, and testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mission systems software on aircraft platforms.
- Knowledge of Open Architecture standards and DevSecOps.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Gitlab.
- Experience in cloud computing and infrastructure.
