WOCN Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated WOCN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join Rutland Regional Medical Center. In this role, you will coordinate and provide consultative and direct clinical care services for ostomies, fistulae, tubes, dermal wounds, and incontinence care. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patient outcomes, identifying at-risk populations, proposing solutions, and providing education services for nursing, medical, and allied health staff and consumers related to ostomies and wounds. Additionally, you will offer consultation to nursing and physician patient care stakeholders and contribute to research activities aimed at enhancing clinical services and patient outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, leadership or nursing education experience preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Vermont.
• CWOCN Certification (or required within 1 year of hire).
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.

• Ability to assess and interpret patient data for care planning.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft desktop application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary

Pay Range: $31.08 - $49.63 per hour.
