Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI and contribute to our store's success. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Successful candidates will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Offer outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with the team and management
- Provide feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Experience with store equipment
- Proficiency in cleaning duties and following procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
