Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure neat stocking of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory management, and store operations to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures for security and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, standing, bending, lifting, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
